When will digital rubles become available to the public and entrepreneurs?

"The digital ruble will become available after the launch of a special platform – an information system through which the operator (the Bank of Russia – the issuer of the digital ruble), participants (credit organizations) and users (individuals and companies) will interact to perform operations with digital rubles. The draft regulation on the digital ruble platform has already been developed," says Igor Gushchev, Senior Partner of Duvernoix Legal.
