Simple pledge rules to know

In the "EG-Lawyer" article the experts talk about new explanations of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation regarding the application of the legislation on pledge. The resolution of the Plenum consists of 93 clauses of clarifications and prohibits the use of previous clarifications of the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation dated February 17, 2011.

Expert Marina Tokmakova, Head of Investment and Real Estate Practice at Duvernoix Legal, singled out the most significant explanations for the practice regarding the new pledge rules.
