In St. Petersburg, the effect of certain provisions of the Law on Integrated Development of Territories is suspended until 2024

Marina Tokmakova, Head of Real Estate and Tax Practice at Duvernoix Legal, expressed her point of view on the current housing issue: in St. Petersburg, some provisions of the Law on Integrated Development of Territories have been suspended until 2024.

The commentary to the article by Anna Zholobova "Risk Minimization Mechanisms", published in “AG” No. 17 (394) 2023, describes the case of a delay in the implementation of the Law on Integrated Development of Territories in St. Petersburg. This delay is due to the protests of citizens and the suspension until 2024 of certain provisions of the regional Law on Integrated Development of Territories, in particular, related to renovation.
