On July 29, Karina Sidorova, Head of Crisis Management and Bankruptcy Practice, will speak at the seminar "Legal status of a debtor's member in a bankruptcy case. Bankruptcy in the context of a corporate conflict."

Agenda issues:

• new procedural possibilities of the debtor's member in the bankruptcy case;
• what additional risks does the presence of a corporate conflict during bankruptcy procedures entail for the persons controlling the debtor;
