On February 1, the participants of the business breakfast discussed which real estate formats are most in demand and safe for investors, and which are just "hype".

Most experts prefer multifunctional real estate objects and transfer their management to management companies, relieving themselves of some of the risks.

Igor Gushchev, Senior Partner of Duvernoix Legal, also emphasizes the safety of such a model:

"The tools that Russian law gives us guarantee the rights of the investor quite well. It is much more interesting when the structuring of the transaction takes place through foreign companies and the management of facilities is transferred through some corporate structures. In this case, the risk for the investor is higher, however, there is a set of tools to reduce these risks. Therefore, it is always possible to organize safe management of an object for an investor."
