UTair airlines have its origins in 1967, when the Tyumen Department of Civil Aviation of the USSR was founded. The establishment of the new aviation enterprise was aimed at the development of the transport services of the West Siberian region where the development of oil fields had begun in severe climatic conditions.
Currently, UTair airlines are among the leaders of Russian civil aviation. Every day the airline operates a huge number of regular and charter flights. The company's fleet consists of Russian and foreign-made aircrafts.
Duvernoix Legal achieved the collection of compensation and penalties totaling 35 million rubles from JSC Transas in favor of UTair airlines, which were awarded due to the failure of JSC Transas to perform its contractual obligations for the supply of simulators for ATR–42 / 72 aircraft and Robinson R–44 helicopter.
